The only form of contact that we have is email, (tenelevenboutique@gmail.com) or the business page on facebook. We do not answer messages on personal Facebooks or phone numbers. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response as I am a one man band.

𝐓𝐄𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎:

All tees are on 50/50 tees, but also available are available for a brighter look on $15 100% poly tees! This has to be requested. Colors may appear brighter on mock ups. Some mockups may have a filter for aesthetic purposes on the website. If you would like to see any raw images, shoot us an email! We offer a wide variety of sizes starting at premie up to 5x. Due to the pressure and the temperature of the heat press, with lighter colors like light blue, light purple or light pink sometimes the heat press line will appear. This will come out with a wash and is unfortunately Unpreventable. As always, newly purchased items should be washed before wearing them for the first time.
Packages that are marked as ready after 8 PM will not be in the box until 12 PM the next day. Please follow all pickup instructions that are sent you when your order is marked as completed.

Packages for Long Beach pick up are dropped off every Tuesday. Please wait for a list to be posted on Facebook with your name to know if your package is there. Please refrain from reaching out to the pickup location - reach out to our support for any questions on orders, drop offs, lists or dates.

Packages for the 603 location will be dropped off roughly every 10 days. Please wait for a list to be posted on Facebook with your name to know if your package is there. Your package will not be there if you have not seen a list with your name on it.
